・ We take reservations up to two months in advance.

・ If you make reservations by mail form, please make sure to fill out your contact information. Otherwise, your reservation will not be processed.
・ A cancellation fee will apply as follows: Cancellation on the day before your travel: 50%, Cancellation on the day of your travel: 100%.
・ Please contact us ahead of time to make reservations for five taxis or more.

Please contact us using the following mail form to plan and reserve your own tailor-made trip by a Sightseeing Taxi. To respond to your inquiries, we will call you on the phone.
For reservations for a Fixed Rate Taxi, we will send you an email to confirm your plan. Then we will call you at the designated time filled out in the mail form.
